What is Wellness Coaching?

A Wellness Coach is a person who helps you maximize your personal health and wellness while supporting you in deepening your understanding of the barriers that may be holding you back. On one end of the spectrum, there is an abundance of health information available and it can be difficult to know if your current exercise plan, diet regimen, and relaxation strategies are truly the best for you, your life, and your pocketbook. On the other end of the spectrum, you may feel that no matter what you do, you're not ending up where you'd like to be. Your coach will help you clarify your goals, review your current strategies, assess their effectiveness and determine what's missing. You can expect that your wellness coach will help speed your progress toward your goals through clarity, accountability, and focused exercises such as vizualization, meditation, and bodywork.
