I have been working in the healing arts since 1996. With a background in Fine Arts, I believe that the healing arts are natural creative extensions of making art. My goal is to inspire creative health and well-being in the people I work with.
Although I primarily use RolfingTM to work with people from all walks of life, I utilize all of my training, life experiences and knowledge to help them grow and create better health in their daily lives. I educate, facilitate and hope to improve my clients' awareness of how to enhance their quality of life by living in balanced harmony with their minds, bodies and spirits.
I have worked with the amateur as well as world class athletes, including the United States National Synchronized Swim Team from 2002 - 2004 as they prepared for the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece. My primary clients are people of all ages and from all walks of life. Everyone can benefit from the work of Rolfing and the blend of healing arts that I have to offer.
I also work at the New Albany Country Club in New Albany, Ohio doing Rolfing for members of the Country Club. Inquiries and appointments can be made with the New Albany Country Club (614-939-8550) or directly with me.
I have been working in Athens County in The Plains, at 11340 Jackson Rd., in the Eclipse Company Town, for the last 6 years. I come to the Athens area once a month for a 3 day weekend to do Rolfing and Craniosacral Therapy. Inquires and appointments can be made directly with me.
