Aura Yoga Spa Boutique, is an urban spa retreat nestled in the historic heart of downtown Columbus. Aura offers
therapists a space to interact with their guests in an exclusive intimate setting featuring skincare, massage
and yoga classes. Choose your experience by deciding which therapist or teacher fits you best.
Aura is located by Grant Hospital, the Topiary Park & The Columbus Metropolitan Library.

Description
Breathing Yoga Flow: A dynamic flow of poses linked by breath. Come prepared to sweat while challenging yourself to breathe better and rest often.
Yin Yoga: This class is a gentle, non-vinyasa practice, targeting tendons, ligaments, and fascia within the body, helping to restore range of motion in stiff joints and muscles. Each posture is held for an extended period of time, easing the muscles and connective tissues open in a slow and safe manner. The majority of the poses are done on the floor. This is a beginners level course because no experience is necessary to participate, but because of the unique qualities of the class all levels can benefit.
Gentle Yoga: Designed as a beginners class, we will focus primarily on basic stretching and opening of the muscles and joints, as well as promoting balance and confidence. The class will flow in a gentle meditative way, perfect for relaxing both mind and body.
